1. Commission Disclosure:
   JK Investments, as a registered Mutual Fund Distributor under ARN-162824, earns a trailing commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for transactions made by our clients in Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes. We do not charge any additional fees for our execution services. Please note, we do not deal in Direct Plans, as these plans do not provide commission to distributors, and hence, we do not earn any revenue from such transactions.

2. Execution-Only Services:
   We act as an execution-only service provider. This means that we do not offer investment advice, portfolio management, or any form of financial advice to our clients. All investment decisions are made solely by the client, and JK Investments is not responsible for any losses or gains arising from these decisions.

3. Data Privacy:
   JK Investments values your privacy. We collect and store personal information, such as name, contact details, and investment preferences, to process your investments. All client data is stored securely on platforms such as Investwell Mint, NJ India, Prudent, and Fundzbazar, in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Risk Disclosure:
   Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, and the value of investments can go up or down. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Clients are advised to read the relevant scheme documents carefully before making any investment decisions. We strongly encourage clients to assess their risk tolerance and investment goals before proceeding.
