1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with JK Investments (“we”, “our”, “us”), a SEBI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-162824), offering execution-only mutual fund investment services through platforms including Investwell Mint, NJ India, Prudent, and Fundzbazar.

By accessing our services via the website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or through any of our supported platforms, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

• JK Investments is a mutual fund distributor only, operating under ARN-162824.

• We provide execution-only services, with no advisory or portfolio management.

• We facilitate investments through third-party platforms, including Investwell Mint, BSE Star MF, and NSE NMF II.

3. Client Onboarding

• Onboarding is initiated manually via call, WhatsApp, or email.

• Post-registration, clients can access Investwell Mint to manage their investments.

• Clients using legacy platforms (NJ India, Prudent, Fundzbazar) remain on those platforms unless migrated.

4. Platform Usage

• JK Investments facilitates platform access but is not responsible for third-party software performance.

• Clients are responsible for completing eMandate, KYC, and document uploads directly on the respective platforms.

• JK Investments may assist during setup but does not guarantee success of third-party system integrations.

5. Client Responsibility

• Clients are expected to review all scheme-related documents, including Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) before investing.

• All investment decisions are solely at the client’s discretion.

• We do not provide investment advice, model portfolios, or recommendations.

6. Risk Disclosure

• Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• JK Investments shall not be held liable for any investment losses.

• Clients are advised to consult with a registered financial advisor for guidance.

7. Account Access & Termination

• You may request deletion or deactivation of your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

• Upon your request or platform-based deletion, your data will be removed subject to compliance with applicable laws.

8. Data Handling & Privacy

• Personal data is stored on Investwell Mint’s secure servers and other respective platform providers.

• JK Investments adheres to applicable privacy and data protection norms. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Communication Policy

• By registering with us, you consent to receive communication via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email (including monthly valuation reports)

  • Bulk SMS and calls regarding investments

• You may opt out at any time by contacting our support.

10. Third-party Links & Integrations

• Our website may contain links to third-party platforms and services.

• We are not liable for content, performance, or data policies of external websites (Investwell, NJ India, etc.).

11. Children and Minor Accounts

• We allow mutual fund investments on behalf of minors under strict guardian supervision as per SEBI guidelines.

• The guardian remains the sole operator until the minor reaches majority.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including logos, text, and visual media, is the property of JK Investments.

• Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

• JK Investments, its employees, or platform partners shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to platform outages

  • Delays in execution from exchanges

  • Incorrect data shared by clients

  • Investment performance

14. Amendments

• These Terms may be updated periodically.

• Updates will be published on https://jkinvestment.in.

• Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
